tfquiz.admin.version - Added a "instant confirmation" flag to the reload command:
/tf reload confirm. Use this to bypass the confirm delay. When reload from console, you dont need to use this flag as it reload instantly without the need to type "confirm" regardless. - Added a new message (See spoiler below)
