Restructures theme presets to separate light and dark token values, adds a mode selector (system/light/dark), and introduces a CodeMirror theme factory derived from the active preset. Also bundles unrelated chores: dagre layout dep, codemirror language-data, and version/commit defines exposed via vite.
- Align folders and files on a shared left edge per depth in the tidy tree layout - Use a canvas-mixed muted-foreground for tree/call edges so they stay visible in both light and dark modes at full opacity - Layer a solid bg under folder cards so edges no longer bleed through the translucent surface tint
