docs(wiki): enrich 2027 flowchart with submission states + FSM stages overlay - Add submission state boxes (📋 Déclaration soumise, Avis CSE soumis, 2e déclaration soumise, Évaluation conjointe soumise) before each confirmation email - Add a new confirmation email after the joint evaluation report deposit - Clone the 2027 flowchart as a new sub-section "2.bis Vue avec statuts FSM" - Overlay 7 business stage indicators (En cours / Effectuée) on the clone - 11 separate Finalisation boxes (one per terminal path: 5 CSE, 5 no-CSE branches, and the 50-99 path)
