What's New (since v2.0.0)

Bug fixes found while using v2.0.0 day to day. No new commands.

⚡ Faster startup

• Update check cached — GitHub is queried at most once a day (1 hour after a failure) instead of on every command
• A known newer version is still announced on every run, from the cache
• The "no internet connection" notice shows at most once per hour
• Cache stored in ~/.projectmanager/update-check.json

📄 Clean redirected output

• No ANSI color codes when output goes to a file or another program (pm list > projects.txt, CI logs, | grep)
• UTF-8 when redirected — box characters no longer turn into ? on Windows
• NO_COLOR and FORCE_COLOR environment variables supported
• Git Bash (mintty) users: set FORCE_COLOR=1 to keep colors

🗂️ Reliable project data

• Real modification time — pm list / pm info always showed "0 seconds ago", and every save overwrote the dates of all projects. Stored dates are now kept
• Missing directories reported — a moved or deleted project now shows Path not found with a pm rename <name> --path <new-path> hint, instead of "Git: not a repository"

🧹 Polish

• pm help descriptions aligned in a single column

Technical

• Fixed an intermittent StatsStoreTest failure on Windows (temp directory cleanup)
• 836 tests passing
