Bugfixes and moved to Object Oriented

• FIX: Filtered was done no matter the type of the param passed. Now only strings are filterd.
• FIX: Trailing slash is no longer removed
• ADDED: Feature to cache paths already sanitized
• ADDED: OOP - Proper encapsulation and public API
