CS2 Video Config Editor v4.0.1

Version 4.0.1 cleans up the repository after the completed C# rewrite. The
application itself remains fully compatible with v4.0.0.

Changes

  • Removed obsolete generated output and legacy workspace directories.
  • Removed the completed v4 release checklist.
  • Updated the roadmap to distinguish completed work from future candidates.
  • Renamed the solution to CS2-VideoConfig-Editor.slnx and updated build and
    development references.
  • Retained only the two current PowerShell build utilities; the application
    runtime remains entirely C#/.NET.
