Send & Return now turns review off before returning to the website, so normal clicks, navigation and text selection work immediately while comments and approved evidence continue uploading in the capture tab.

  • The review overlay, draft pins and ON badge disappear before the website becomes active.
  • Original point screenshots, saved frames and diagnostics remain available for background sending and retries. Success closes the capture tab; failure brings it back for retry.
  • Starting a new review during an older upload is safe: old completion messages cannot clear or reset the new review. Send & Open keeps its existing progress and same-tab thread navigation.

Validation: complete main CI on this revision, including Node 22/24 checks, native PostgreSQL checks, packaged extension/browser acceptance, containers, Android build and secret scanning. Packaged Chromium acceptance holds screenshot and native video uploads while checking that review is off, website navigation works, original images and diagnostics submit, and a replacement review remains intact. The public ZIP was rebuilt from the clean merged revision; all 95 extension source files, the root manifest, notices, checksum and download metadata were checked.

Update: use the attached feedbacks-extension-0.1.59.zip for Chrome Web Store upload or a manual unpacked update. For an unpacked installation, extract it to your extension directory and choose Reload in chrome://extensions. Saved connections remain in browser storage. This change adds no Chrome permissions or server API changes. Application and extension version schemes remain separate.

Verify the archive with shasum -a 256 -c feedbacks-extension-0.1.59.zip.sha256 (or sha256sum -c on Linux). extension-release.json records version 0.1.59, SHA-256 af84dea34cc56d86a1f2444f63c37d9d31546853bdfd3f9406e31a8f580afa67 and 361203 bytes.

This release publishes the extension package on GitHub. Chrome Web Store submission/review and acceptance in a user's installed extension remain separate steps; GitHub publication does not update Store installations.
