AL-365: Add reset function to FingerprintManager

This commit introduces a reset function to the FingerprintManager, allowing it to be reset to its initial
 state after a scan.
This includes clearing captured images, resetting progress, and resetting event flows.
Additionally, the commit updates library versions:
- AGP to 8.5.2
- lifecycleRuntimeKtx to 2.8.6
- activityCompose to 1.9.
