Android isn't ready yet due to some new SDK caused compiling issues.

- Now you can embed an external video / live stream into your video post
- Replaced the livekit call with jitsi meet
Optimization
- Provide a new attachment editor
That's all, the changes aren't that much, I know. But it just were 5 days since last big update.
