• new IBaseError field: extraErrorFields - basically the same thing as extraResponseFields, but these fields get added to the error object instead of the root response object
• tightened the checks on extraResponseFields and extraErrorFields error properties - these now must be plain JS objects - arrays or class instances will not be accepted
