Needed a working psych fork with a little extra something for game jam stuff, this might just help you out too.
Currently only has a windows 64-bit build, sorry.
You will need to add the stages yourself, as they have been removed from PlayState and will eventually be ported over to softcoded version
windows64Build.zip contains all base game weeks and assets (except stages)
Blank-RepositoryWin64.zip contains essentially a blank slate for modding on, ready for you to drop your mods folder into
