PAMP v0.1.0 — first public release 🎉

PAMP is a portable dev stack control panel for Windows: one window to install, switch and run PHP, Node.js, Python, Java, .NET, MySQL, PostgreSQL, Nginx and Redis — without touching your system. Think Laragon, but portable, bilingual (English / ខ្មែរ) and open source.

PAMP-0.1.0-portable.exe	No install needed — just double-click. Copy the folder to a USB stick or another PC and everything keeps working.
PAMP-0.1.0-setup.exe	Standard installer (per-user, no admin required).

Notes

• Windows 10/11, 64-bit.
• Binaries are unsigned for now, so SmartScreen may warn on first run — choose "More info → Run anyway".
• PAMP is a local-dev tool with friction-free defaults. Read SECURITY.md before exposing any service to a network.
