Hey everyone, s1moscs here again! Back with another round of updates, and
this time there's a full video tutorial to go with it. Let's dig in!

Highlights

✨ New Features

  • Encoder Compatibility Warnings. InstantClone now watches what OBS is
    actually sending and warns you only when a setting would break one of your
    enabled destinations - a 4-second keyframe interval, 1440p headed to Kick
    (which caps at 1080p), or a codec Kick can't ingest. When everything's
    healthy, it stays completely silent. One friendly, dismissible line when it
    matters, zero clutter when it doesn't.

  • Start with Windows. New toggle in System → Behavior. Launch quietly
    at login and wait in your tray, so your delay proxy is ready before you even
    open OBS - no dashboard tab thrown in your face.

  • Open Dashboard on Launch toggle. Prefer to live in the tray? Stop the
    dashboard from popping open every single time.

⚡ Smarter Delay

  • Adaptive Re-cut. Re-cut timing now adapts to your actual keyframe
    interval, so longer GOPs (3-4s) no longer trigger that annoying "repeating
    1-2 seconds" bounce. It just works, whatever your encoder is set to.

🛡️ Safety & Quality of Life

  • "Quit while live?" guard. Accidentally hit Quit mid-stream? It now asks
    first instead of silently dropping every destination.
  • Update-while-live confirmation. The one-click updater double-checks
    before restarting if you're currently streaming.
  • Clearer LAN warnings. The "allow LAN access" toggles now spell out
    exactly what opening them means for your security.
  • Smarter setup hints. The wizard only nags you to "close OBS first" when
    OBS is actually running.

🐛 Bug Fixes

  • Keyframe measurement. Fixed a subtle bug where the very first keyframe of
    every session was discarded, throwing off the keyframe-interval reading.
    It's spot-on from the first frame now.
  • Per-session warnings. Dismissed a warning, then started a fresh stream
    with the same problem? It comes back now, so you're never left in the dark.

A complete, step-by-step setup tutorial (Spanish audio, English subtitles)
covering everything - install, the OBS Dock, overlays, the "Cut After" button,
and the advanced VOD audio + Enhanced Broadcasting + vertical setup. It's
linked right at the top of the README!

🔧 Under the hood

Bumped dependencies (tokio and bytes), retired the redundant
initial_delay_ms setting, and kept the suite green at 269 passing tests.
Nice and stable.
