FU-P12-T1-6: Uniform HTML escaping in renderClientWidgets

Description

Implement FU-P12-T1-6 by applying uniform HTML escaping for client widget rendering in the Web UI.

• Updated renderClientWidgets in dashboard.js to escape count and lastSeen values before interpolation.
• Added a test that validates the dashboard static asset includes escaped interpolation paths for client widget fields.
• Completed FLOW artifacts (plan, validation, review, archive updates).
