v0.1.0 — Hermes Live2D voice pet

First tagged release of the ATRI Live2D desktop pet (Soundpulse/hermes-live2d fork) — a transparent Live2D pet your hermes agent can speak through (lip sync + expression + speech bubble over a local HTTP API).

Install

1. Open the dmg and drag atri-live2d to Applications.
2. It's unsigned/un-notarized, so on first launch right-click the app → Open (or run xattr -dr com.apple.quarantine /Applications/atri-live2d.app).
3. Add a Live2D model — the model is not bundled (licensing). Download the free Spark (火花) model (booth.pm/en/items/8265367) and drop it in ~/.atri/model/ with the entry file named Sparkle.model3.json. See the README's model-install section.

Notes

• macOS on Apple Silicon only (aarch64-apple-darwin).
• The dmg has no custom background art (bundled headless); the app itself is unaffected.
