Add Star Soldier Mode
Mode 3(LED Color Cyan) is intended for PSP Star Soldier's vertical PSP play style.
D-pad directions and the left analog stick are rotated:
PS2 up PSP right
PS2 down PSP left
PS2 left PSP up
PS2 right PSP down
Fixed mode 2 right analog deadzone
I fixed the deadzone for right analog stick in Mode 2, as it was too large and resulted in poor control feel.
Please update the RP2040-zero firmware.
No update is required for the plugin (prx).
