(c) The culmination — the E2E application set as one integrated system, more ergonomic than Apple.

  • docs/surfaces/integrated.html — the operator view of the whole ~37-surface set: every app riding the shared five-plane spine (launcher · consent · model · mesh · receipts), the concrete ergonomic wins over Apple (one grammar · agent=you · one purpose model · receipts · your mesh · grounded help · no lock-in), and one task threaded through many apps.
  • docs/contract-additions/ergonomics-superiority.md — the doctrine: the win is composition (every app rides all five planes), not a prettier clone; done-definition for 'integrated' = agent-native + accessible + seam-purple-tested + rides all five planes. Honest hardware caps preserved.
  • docs-index regenerated (drift-guard clean).

The thesis made whole: not a bag of apps, one system.

…gonomic than Apple)

The whole system as one: every app rides the shared five-plane spine (launcher · consent ·
model · mesh · receipts) — no silos. ergonomics-superiority.md states the doctrine: the win
is composition, not a prettier clone; every app agent-native + consent-gated + receipted +
on the mesh. Integrated surface = the operator view of the ~37-surface set, with the concrete
ergonomic contrasts vs Apple and a task threaded through many apps.
