spacedatalab 0.2.0

SpaceDataLab's entry points, one per language, released together from one tag.

• Python: pip install spacedatalab, then import spacedatalab. Its top level is the spacelab
  core, built from spacelab-python 0.2.0; later
  products arrive as submodules. In 0.1.0, built in SpaceDataLab/spacelab, the module was
  spacelab: every import spacelab breaks, hence the minor version.
• Rust: cargo add spacedatalab gives the spacelab core; every other spacelab crate is behind a
  feature named after the module it adds, and full turns them all on.

Wheels for Linux x86_64/aarch64 (manylinux 2.28), macOS arm64/x86_64 and Windows x64. Before the
upload, every wheel passed spacelab's smoke and bindings tests at
spacelab v0.2.0 on the interpreters
it claims.
