API Select/ActionMenu and SSH Select render through body portals with viewport-aware horizontal and vertical placement, eliminating panel clipping and right-edge overflow. Adds combobox semantics and permanent portal boundary E2E. Verified with 28 tests, 2/2 E2E, full builds, menu rect inside 1006px viewport, and all Linux/macOS/Windows Node22/24 matrices.

Acceptance follow-up: API keeps an Apifox-style Explorer + Request/Response two-column layout down to 471px and only switches to single-view navigation below that.
