Production release of the on-device medical AI assistant.

What's new

• Faster responses mode (Settings): lower time-to-first-token on-device.
• Robust model download: verifies file size + optional SHA-256, retries transient failures, rejects corrupt downloads.
• Vision support badges: each model now shows whether it supports images natively or uses OCR.
• Production hardening: all debug logging is kDebugMode-guarded, friendly error messages.

• AcornMed-v1.2.0-arm64-v8a.apk — recommended for modern phones (ARM64).
• AcornMed-v1.2.0-universal.apk — all ABIs; use if unsure or on older/32-bit devices.

Download an APK, transfer to your phone, open it, then Set up model (download or import a GGUF). No account or internet required for core chat.
