Scope
- Evaluate naming consistency and basic availability across intended public surfaces.
- Decide which surfaces use the PROOF name and document any exceptions.
- Assign one accountable owner, by person or maintained role, for product decisions, product metrics, security response, and releases.
- Define the Phase 0 review point, required evidence, decision participants, and possible outcomes.
- Record the decisions in repository documents or ADRs.
