[Bug]: Add facet to filter nomenclature EXCLUDING results with certain tag or confidence statement.

Steps to reproduce the bug

If I use TAGS or Confidence Level to detect the cases with unavailable relationships that are correct to be like that and do not need fixing, I Would like to be able to exclude them from the list so I only go to the ones that still need to be fixed.
