• Mod tools: Added modlogs and modstats commands; proper disabling UI for both.
• Help quality: /help <command> now shows info for a specific command.
• Roles: Added >role all command and clarified role option descriptions.
• Anti-abuse: Added anti-spam rules and a setup wizard.
• Command groups: Added/expanded descriptions for groups (reports, notes, reaction-roles, welcome, server-stats, verification, anti-spam, anti-toxicity, anti-ping).

Fixes

• Fixed “Why Vote” field in the vote function.
• Fixed not being able to disable modlogs after deleting the modlog channel.

UX / Behavior

• Server-stats category now surfaces at the top.
• Moved owner-only command to the proper cog.
• Added --silent argument to moderation commands.

Breaking change

• Removed ability to use setup wizards with prefix commands (use slash-based setup).

Performance / Internal

• Reduced chances of rate-limits in server-stats.
• Added get_slash_json.py to .gitignore.
