✨ Features & Improvements

  • Faster everywhere: signing in, skins, sharing and mod browsing reuse one connection instead of opening a new one each time.
  • Version lists are cached: the create-instance screen no longer re-downloads the full Minecraft version list on every click.
  • Duplicating and importing an instance is near-instant on macOS and Linux: files are cloned by the filesystem, so they cost no extra disk space.

🐛 Bug Fixes

  • Stop and Kill closed the whole launcher: they now target only the game.
  • "Remove the account and add it again" when nothing was wrong: the Microsoft session was renewed far more often than needed, and two renewals at once could clash. It is now renewed only when it is close to expiring.
  • macOS: the mod browser window had no close, minimise or zoom buttons.
