[Ini Toggles]: Added MS docs button for Virtual-Key Codes to var edit window.
[Ini Toggles]: Added multiple bindings per var support (use ; to separate different keys/combinations). Don't forget to update your custom template(s) to use this feature.

Adjustments

[Ini Toggles]: Custom-type var in state object condition will no longer be prefixed with $swapvar_ if specified name starts with $. So you can now link condition to any external var.
