Ciao Francesco.
How did you get the contact_id on the probe ?
Is this order from the catalogue or any official neuronexus document ?
Is this probe connector "neutral" or is it a omnetics ? If you use the wiring include in the lib does the final mapping is correct ?
Hi Samuel!
This is a screenshot from the NeuroNexus document I used for the contacts. If you need it I can send you the whole PDF.
My knowledge about this electrode is not great, cause I have to deal with the data, but I didn't take the recordings myself. According to my understanding, my colleagues in the lab used an adapter (A32) with an Omnetics connector to interface the electrode with the Intan RHS 2116 (32 channels). If you need more details I can ask to them!
I tried to map the electrode myself, but I get some results that I am not 100% convinced of. At the moment I am travelling and I will be back to my lab next week.
Hi Francesco
Thank you for the doc.
It is a bit ambiguous if theses number are the contact_ids or the channel after mapping.
We will see.
Lets merge this for now.
Hi Samuel,
sorry for the delay in the reply. This is the file where the screenshot comes from. I checked and the contact_ids used for the A1x32-Poly3 probe that was already present in the library come from the same file, thus I assumed they should be right for the probe I created as well!

I created this probe that was not present in the library. Hope someone might find it useful :)
