The one functional package change is a fix to agent-brain-cli: the --transport mcp stdio backend now resolves the same corpus as --transport uds from any working directory. The rest is developer-facing test infrastructure, docs, and CI surfaced by the milestone audit.

Fixed

• --transport mcp --mcp-transport stdio now propagates the resolved state directory to the spawned agent-brain-mcp subprocess (CLI-MCP-04). The byte-identical equivalence between --transport mcp and --transport uds previously held only when the CLI was run from the project root. The stdio backend now threads the resolved state dir into the subprocess as an explicit --state-dir <path> argument (env override wins, mirroring the UDS leg), so the guarantee holds from any directory. Fixed test-first (RED→GREEN) with a new TestMcpStdioStateDirForwarding suite; the byte-identical contract test was hardened to run both transports from an isolated cwd.
• Stabilized the flaky sentence-transformer/CrossEncoder warm-up test and guarded a task before-push scope leak (#210). The warm-up assertion is now mocked, and the monorepo before-push chain is guarded against per-package cwd scope leaks.

• Framework adapter matrix — 7 LLM agent frameworks smoke-tested against the MCP server. Five Python adapters (OpenAI Agents SDK over MCPServerStdio + MCPServerStreamableHttp, LangChain via langchain-mcp-adapters, LlamaIndex via llama-index-tools-mcp, Pydantic AI, Autogen/AG2 via McpWorkbench) and two TypeScript adapters (Mastra @mastra/mcp, Vercel AI SDK experimental_createMCPClient) each connect, call search_documents, and assert non-empty results. Opt-in and excluded from task before-push — run via FRAMEWORK_MATRIX=1 task mcp:framework-matrix, or let the nightly advisory CI track SDK drift.
• docs/INTEGRATIONS.md — one copy-pasteable page per framework for all 7 smoke-tested frameworks, plus Config Recipes for 5 docs-only editor integrations (Goose, Continue.dev, Cline, Cursor, Cody).
