Concat-<version>-android-arm64.apk: open it on the phone and allow the
install from this source. Android 8.0 or newer, 64-bit. Each release is
signed with the same key, so it installs over the last one and keeps your
projects.

The app carries FFmpeg (LGPL, with the phone's MediaCodec), compiles in whisper.cpp (MIT) and
