Re Released with a manifest file so blender 4.2 can load it because it's picky for no reason.

Install by selecting the .zip from blender's install button in preferences > Addons or extensions.

Fixed broken metadata and slightly extended current frame slider to show 5 frames.
Stopped showing 'Current Frame' text in it.

Added current frame slider since it allows fast navigation to faraway parts on the timeline and the real timeline has it. I still wish I could remove it from the timeline, but at its normal width it just doesn't take up enough space for me to care.
