dsh-plugin-smooth-stream 1.2.0 - DSH 0.1.5 compatibility

DSH 0.1.5-rc.2 compatibility update.

Declare the current UI renderer service provider and the verified DSH release range. Existing rendering behavior passes the current host checks.

更新客户端渲染服务依赖与已验证的 DSH 版本范围；现有渲染行为通过新版宿主验证。

Declared DSH range: >=0.1.5-rc.2 <0.1.6-0. Keep the previous plugin version on DSH 0.1.2.

Validation: automated regression suite, real npm archive checks, isolated official DSH 0.1.5-rc.2 with all four plugins, offline model, and headless Edge browser acceptance. See the repository's .github/reviews/dsh-0.1.5.md.

Install the attached archive:

• 助手消息图片交给 DSH 原生图片槽位处理。
• 沿用宿主聊天翻译和思考过程折叠状态，避免重复显示思考摘要。

新增客户端加载回归测试、发布包检查及 Windows / Linux CI；打包前自动构建客户端。

验证：本地自动化测试、实际发布包检查及官方 DSH 0.1.2-rc.1 隔离浏览器验收通过，未记录到应用控制台错误。模型相关测试使用本地离线实现。
