Tester error reporting live end-to-end, plus fixes for broken job enqueues.

• Bug-report delivery enabled: reports from the in-app bug button now flow through the basis-bug-relay Cloudflare Worker to GitHub issues on Springdale-Robotics/basis-bugs. The relay also accepts backend server-error telemetry (server-error label) and consolidates repeat errors into a single open issue.
• Backend error telemetry: new ERROR_WEBHOOK_SECRET config — reportServerError sends the relay's shared secret, so unexpected 5xx and crashes file GitHub issues too. All four webhook vars documented in .env.example.
• Fix: every non-repeat job enqueue 500'd — bullmq ≥5.66 rejects : in custom job ids, breaking bug-report submit/retry, inventory checks, calendar syncs, and media jobs. Ids now use - separators.
• Fix: empty "error":{} journal entries — errors logged under the error key were serialized to nothing; the logger now serializes both err and error with message + stack.
