Goal / Outcome

As a Admin, I want to configure which spaces, projects, or repos are in scope so that only relevant content is ingested (+ status view, what was ingested/updated/failed).
As a Developer, I want every ingested artifact to be traceable back to its source so that users can verify the origin of any retrieved content.
