Add changes following @wasied 's contribution :

• Optimizes the process by making web requests for Getters only once instead of doing so for each file.
• Detects the most unusual files (keys in uppercase, values without quotes/misplaced, files with an unnecessary extension, etc.).
• Integrates materials that reference other materials in their .vmt files (common for water textures, for instance).
• Adjusts 2/3 details to make queries clearer and easier to understand.
• Prevents duplication of the same file if it has already been copied multiple times (some were copied up to around 100 times).
