gitwork today	Forward desk: reviews, SLA (from review-request time), CI, merge-ready, drafts, mentions
gitwork path	Native blocked-by critical path, waves, Mermaid (--json / --mermaid-only)
gitwork digest	Last-N-days activity digest (merged/opened/reviewed/closed) — no Slack required
gitwork nudge	Comment on stale PRs waiting on your review (idempotent marker, quiet hours)
gitwork wip	Soft WIP limit over open PRs + assigned issues (exit 2 if over)
gitwork ship	Changelog from merged PRs since last release/tag
gitwork fair	Reviewer load fairness (paginated; unique reviews + pending requests)
gitwork handoff	EOD handoff issue/discussion from desk + WIP + note
gitwork reask	Re-request review after fixes for CHANGES_REQUESTED
gitwork ball	Who has the ball — waiting on you vs waiting on them
gitwork bots	Bot/agent PR flood ops lanes (green / needs-human / stuck)
