Remote CAN Device - Initial BETA Release (v0.1.0)

Initial release includes the following working features:
Digital Inputs over SPI2-buttons
-Note: Local Digital inputs on OpenFFB are reserved for encoder inputs
Rotary knob encoders (Up to 4)
Analog Axis inputs (Up to 6)

RGB LED support for SimHub custom serial device

Setup custom Serial Device in SimHub
Serial Port = OpenFFBoard-Main (one that hosts the motor control)
Use the following message formula to transmit the RPM% to the remote CAN device:
'can.0.send='+[CarSettings_CurrentDisplayedRPMPercent]+'?200\n'
