每份作业现在只使用一个审阅云文档。后续修改更新同一链接，继续保留全部独立复审记录、本地产物版本和当前卡片的提交校验。更新请求超时后会先核对云端内容，不会再创建一份重复文档。

实验报告提示词也已收紧：直接写使用步骤、算法和实际结果，省去版本号、开发环境、打包介绍及多余注释。

Each assignment now reuses one cloud review document across revisions. The URL stays the same, independent review history remains in the document, and local artifact versions and current-card submission checks are preserved. An interrupted update checks the existing cloud content instead of creating a duplicate document.

Report instructions now focus on usage, implementation and observed results, without version lists, packaging explanations or unnecessary comments.

Validated with go test ./..., go vet ./..., and native CI on macOS, Windows and Linux. Native Go binaries are provided for both supported architectures on all three platforms.

Writer and reviewer harnesses can now be chosen independently from Codex and Claude, with all four combinations supported. The macOS menu includes separate selectors.

Each stage continues to use a fresh process, session and working directory with its CLI's default model. An unused CLI no longer blocks work. Changes apply to the next revision; active revisions keep their saved assignments. Legacy --mode configuration remains compatible. Review instructions distinguish actual deliverable defects from execution-environment limitations. Both READMEs and the copyable agent setup prompt have been updated.

Native Go binaries for macOS, Windows and Linux; no Python or Go runtime installation required. For macOS, keep AvatarTHU.app beside the extracted binary and run init to install the menu bar as well. Existing data and configuration are preserved.

Also fixes temporary Windows file-sharing conflicts when reading and replacing health/state JSON files, while preserving unchanged legacy file bytes. Validation passed on macOS, Windows and Linux, including race tests, static analysis, native builds and clean installation checks.

AvatarTHU v0.2.0-alpha.6 · health checks and Feishu recovery

Feishu listeners now report actionable errors instead of showing an indefinite reconnecting state. The daemon also reports a missed heartbeat or overdue processing stage while allowing normal long model runs.

• Show connection conflicts, authentication, permissions and CLI compatibility errors in the macOS menu and avatarthu status, including failure count and next retry.
• Back off temporary connection failures up to 15 minutes; add avatarthu reconnect lark and a menu action that reconnect only AvatarTHU listeners.
• Pin a separate Feishu application with avatarthu login lark --profile NAME, without changing the global Lark CLI profile. Fix first-login command domains and bare identity response parsing.
• Add avatarthu resend TASK_ID to send the current review card and latest document again. Preserve old receipts and frozen artifacts; pending retries reuse the send intent. The replacement card becomes the current approval card.
• Keep school keepalive at 10 minutes and course polling at the configured interval. Track daemon heartbeats and stage deadlines without restarting or resubmitting work automatically.

Validation: macOS, Windows and Linux native checks passed, including race tests, vet, native menu snapshots, fake CLI disconnect/reconnect, profile login and resend recovery. Real homework uploads were not used for validation.

飞书监听现在会显示具体异常，不再长期只提示“重连中”。新增错误详情、退避重试、菜单栏重连入口，以及独立的 Lark CLI profile 选择；同时修复首次登录的返回格式和授权域问题。新增当前版本作业卡片补发命令，保留历史回执和原始产物，防止失败重试重复发卡。后台心跳和阶段期限可识别失联或卡住，正常长时间写作和复审不误报；网络学堂仍每 10 分钟保活，提交仍需本人操作当前版本卡片。

AvatarTHU v0.2.0-alpha.5 · revision review and recovery

本版改动

• 从第二版审阅文档起，前部显示逐条修改说明、未解决事项、上版入口与产物附件，以及冻结文件的真实差异。支持文本、代码和 ZIP 包内文件；长对照收进附件，正文保留短预览。本地 HTML 和飞书文档共用内容生成逻辑。
• 菜单栏显示主写／复审分工。切换设置时，正在执行的版本与后续版本的分工分别显示；各 CLI 继续使用自己的默认模型。
• Claude / Codex 最近执行错误直接显示在指示灯和错误详情中。本地登录检查通过不会覆盖额度、权限等实际执行异常。
• 登录、额度、版本、权限和配置问题暂停自动重试；网络和超时错误保留 15 分钟重试。可从菜单点击“检查并恢复”，或运行 avatarthu retry --tool claude|codex，从已完成阶段继续。

Changes

• Revision 2 and later include responses to feedback, unresolved items, previous-version links and attachments, and actual differences between frozen deliverables. Text, code, and ZIP members are supported; longer comparisons are attached with short inline previews.
• The macOS menu shows writer/reviewer roles, distinguishing an active version's saved pairing from the setting for future versions. Each CLI keeps its default model.
• Recent Claude/Codex execution errors remain visible even when local authentication checks pass.
• Authentication, quota, version, permission, and configuration errors pause automatic retries. Temporary network errors retry after 15 minutes. Use the menu's check-and-resume action or avatarthu retry --tool claude|codex to resume completed-stage checkpoints.
• Recovery only queues failed writing/review work. It never uploads homework or retries an unknown submission outcome. Reviewer isolation and current-version card authorization remain in place.

The macOS menu bar now uses a miniature university seal and separate service indicators.

• A monochrome seal adapts to light and dark appearances. The pending review count remains; the menu bar status dot is removed.
• Separate indicators and text for Lark CLI, Learn, Claude, and Codex, with diagnostic details on hover.
• Local CLI version, authentication, and compatibility checks run asynchronously at most every 5 minutes, with manual refresh. No model inference requests are made; stale records are not shown as healthy.
• Existing daemon controls, 10-minute keepalive, 12-hour polling, Feishu reviews, and callbacks are preserved.

To upgrade, extract the complete macOS archive, keep AvatarTHU.app beside avatarthu, run ./avatarthu init --no-login --no-start, then avatarthu menubar start. Existing courses, sessions, and assignments are preserved.

Fixes a macOS restart race: service stop now waits for the old LaunchAgent to finish exiting before returning, so an immediate service start reliably starts the daemon. Consecutive stop/start operations were verified locally.

The monitor requires macOS 12 or later. It shows process health, school authentication, keepalive, the next scan, Feishu connections, and task counts. It reads local state without creating another course loop. Submission still requires the owner's action on the current revision's card.

Validation: macOS, Windows and Linux CI passed, including native monitor state checks and macOS bundle installation/upgrade. Local menu actions were exercised for stopping/resuming the daemon and quitting the monitor independently. No real homework submission was used for testing.

• 网络学堂认证使用 Chrome；Windows 也支持 Edge，无需 Selenium 或 ChromeDriver。
• 飞书可选：运行 avatarthu login lark 启用。不启用时仍会生成本地审阅页。

本版功能

6. 只有本人当前版本卡片的确认操作可触发提交；保留版本、消息、随机凭据、文件哈希和学校端要求核对。结果未知的上传不自动重试。
7. 兼容此前的作业状态、冻结产物、云文档和已发送卡片。

验证与当前范围

macOS、Windows、Linux CI 已通过，覆盖核心工作流、进程处理和全新安装。本地已用真实 CLI 跑通两种交叉复审模式，并验证现有审阅文档的 14 个附件与 3 张图；macOS Release 下载包已校验并完成全新安装验证。

当前为 Alpha，适合小范围试用与反馈。二进制尚未做 Apple 公证或 Windows 代码签名；首次运行可能需要在系统中允许打开。电脑休眠期间不运行，唤醒后补查；学校会话过期时仍需本人完成 SSO。具体作业需要的软件取决于题目，独立复审不替代本人最终审阅。
