What's changed

  • Add All / Active / Finished Todo views with counts and separate completed and cancelled groups.
  • Show observed subagent duration, retry countdowns, errors, and the last 10 finished runs per parent session.
  • Preserve confirmed worker states during timeouts and cooldowns instead of reporting false completions.
  • Configure visible item counts directly in Settings > Sections alongside visibility and ordering; use L or click Items to edit.
  • Add Show all / Show less to every section, with unlimited lists by default and global/worktree overrides.
  • Keep long-list keyboard navigation inside section boundaries and retain focus across subagent updates.

Verification

124 tests and 593 assertions; TypeScript, Oxlint, formatting, bundle checks, and OpenCode 1.18.30 PTY smoke passed.

Requires OpenCode 1.18.30 or newer.
