The task is not necessary since StackStorm/st2-packages#518 st2python dependency is included in packaging for st2mistral

Fixes #407 when
st2mistralpackage is missingst2pythonas a dependency.This makes sense when st2mistral is installed on another machine and needs st2python on EL6.
