- Fixed sorting not resetting when rescanning a folder in the plex metadata tab

- Added an option to perform an action after the convert process is done.
- A folder with .mkv files is now seen as valid input for the convert / encode step
- The encode tab now shows the item type for a encodable item after scannen eg. blu-ray, dvd etc.
