Star-Launcher 4.0.4 is a focused controller-launch maintenance release.

Fix

Joystick Gremlin now starts from its own executable directory instead of inheriting Star-Launcher's folder. This prevents DILL from creating dill_debug.log beside Star-Launcher, including on the Desktop.
