Bumps the Conduit pin from a72892b to 0e71ad6 and trims the marketplace description. Since the current pin: generic Web login onboarding (system-browser sign-in alongside Steam) and live-push (POST on Custom Data change). Windows/.NET Framework only (DPAPI), unchanged.
