- Made it so that Timer callback run flag is set to false when a timer is reset
- Added ByteValue and ShortValue and their Writable counter parts
- Fixed the timer parser not parsing milliseconds and ticks
- Fixed a bug with the property cancellation handling not working properly
- Added some arithmetic operations to the writable numeric values (add, subtract, multiply and divide)
- Added static "of" methods to the base value interfaces
- Changed the IEventBus signature to not have a generic cancellable parameter and made it support multiple cancellable types
- Changed the parse methods in TimeParser to static and deprecated the constructor and made TimeParser final
