Quark 0.9.1

Little bit of a jump, but I'll explain it in a different post. This update is just tweaks and core update that adds possibility to make soft-dependencies on different addons, so that I can make a new NestedGroup that will be extending some existing addons of other creators. It'll be configurable and optional (the first optionality comes from the fact that you dont need these addons to run this addon). This will probably be a last update till the 15.4.2024 .
