Initial release of dsh-builtin-toggles.

  • GUI toggles for 9 explicitly allowlisted optional DeepSeek Harness Web UI plugins.
  • Fail-closed policy: core, model-facing, unknown, and service-provider plugins stay locked.
  • Persists state through the web profile patch layer with official DSH atomic-write primitives.
  • Browser changes apply after refresh, matching DSH 0.1.0-rc.6 behavior.
  • Tested with DSH 0.1.0-rc.6.
