Promote shared WWN device identity and migration fixes to master (#863) - Fixes #850, Fixes #851
Promote develop at 5731e2b into master at faea01e (43 commits).
Drives addressed through one device file (for example -d cciss,0..4 /dev/sda behind an HP Smart Array) no longer share the controller volume's WWN. Each uses its serial number, so every drive registers as its own device.
The hub treats device_id as the device identity. Devices that share a WWN register, keep separate SMART, temperature and performance history, and delete only their own history. One failing device no longer fails the whole registration request.
Upgrading databases that contain SMART attribute overrides no longer fails with NOT NULL constraint failed: attribute_overrides__temp.protocol.
Icon-only controls on the device detail page have accessible names.
Dependency updates for Go modules, the Go build image, frontend packages, and GitHub Actions.
