Scaffold projects against @startup-api/cloudflare ^0.1.0 with auth configured via environment variables and the `createStartupAPI` factory.

Changes

  • Bump bundled `@startup-api/cloudflare` to `^0.1.0`.
  • Generated `src/index.ts` now uses the `createStartupAPI` factory, explicitly configuring all three auth modules (Google, Twitch, Patreon) with documented hooks for scopes, Patreon `campaignId`, entitlement `freshness`, and `accessPolicy`.
  • Credentials/secrets stay in env (`_CLIENT_ID`/`_CLIENT_SECRET`, `SESSION_SECRET`, `PATREON_WEBHOOK_SECRET`); behavior lives in the factory.
  • `.dev.vars.example` and the generated `.dev.vars` now seed Patreon credentials alongside Google/Twitch, plus `AUTH_ORIGIN`/`USERS_PATH`/`ADMIN_IDS`.
  • README documents the env-vars-vs-factory split with a full config example.
