Presto-SCA-Unofficial v0.1.0

Initial unofficial starter for CVPR 2025 Presto segmented cross-attention. Includes temporal segmentation of video tokens, per-segment cross-attention to sub-caption tokens, a tiny DiT-style block, and a smoke-test script. Benchmarks and generation quality are not reproduced yet.
