StatEdu Studio v1.1.1

Patch release for the Windows desktop installer. This release bumps the installer version so Windows replaces stale packaged files during upgrade, extends the Shiny startup wait window, records R stdout/stderr in startup logs, and includes the data loading, Korean language startup, complex-sample design file, and blank label fixes.
