The release commit passed GitHub CI on Python 3.11, including compilation, shell syntax checks, all 59 CI-safe regression scripts, and the secret-pattern scan.

Production credentials, portfolios, browser profiles, private rules, SQLite data, paid content, and sensitive LLM request/response audits are not included in this release.
