  • Added mixed AmneziaWG 2.0/3.1 client management with explicit per-client
    protocol migration, canonical protocol metadata, and 3.1-by-default creates.
  • Added private persisted 3.1 header-protection-key state, version-aware
    profile grouping, response redaction, and fail-closed restore validation.
  • Canonicalized AWG 3.1 unsigned ranges so off is safely emitted as 0 and
    semantically equal scalar/range inputs share one interface profile.
  • Added required AWG 3.1 package/runtime qualification and a transactional
    installer outage with an authenticated client-list gate and manual recovery
    boundary that remains stopped and disabled across reboot on failure when
    both systemd states can be confirmed.
  • Renamed major-release binaries to the awg-server-awg31-* asset set so older
    updaters fail closed instead of crossing an unqualified host-runtime bridge.
